Interteam Project Management has vast experience in project management. Our primary aim is to let consortium partners focus on the execution and implementation of the project, while we take care of all administrative, financial and legal issues, making sure that the coordinator and partners act in accordance with all relevant EU rules and guidelines.

Project management activities include assisting the project coordinator in all administrative and management tasks before, during and after the project, including: implementing decisions taken by the coordinator; assisting in the organization of consortium meetings; enforcing reporting by consortium members; advising on financial aspects’ eligibility and costs, and preparing certification of financial statements procedures to be used by applicant and partners.

Interteam Project Management will ensure a balance between industrial and academic interests. It will also help coordinators and partners to manage their project effectively and make sure they are aware of all relevant EU rules and guidelines. In short, Interteam will enable consortium partners to concentrate on the execution and implementation of the project by taking care of all administrative, financial and legal issues.
